The Mind's Tools/ episode #3

May 5, 2020
There is a laboratory in which we make our worlds, and it is called “the mind”. Nobody knows exactly what “the mind” is or where it is. Moreover, nobody knows exactly where the mind ends. Look at the Milky Way tonight if there aren’t any clouds. Are you sure your mind does not reach the Milky Way? Oh, of course your mind doesn’t INCLUDE the Milky Way in the material world! In the material world there is a big distance between you and the Milky Way, and the Milky Way is a place too huge to be included in your skull. That is where scientists say your mind is contained. But we are talking about your personal world, and in your personal world the Milky Way is just what you know about it, and is exactly how you know it. Then how can we say that your mind does not reach the Milky Way? That is how an ancient Greek philosopher put it: "Whatever path you’ll travel along, you’ll never find the boundary of your mind." His name was Heraclitus; he lived about 2500 years ago, and I like him a lot.

Some say everyone has an Angel. Perhaps. I learned that everyone IS an Angel and that we do our best when we realize what kind of Angel we are. In this Section you’ll find a little handbook of angelic identities.

This is a trying time, isn’t it? But a new one.

New epochs can begin like that: with an ordeal. Some people pass through the ordeal and enter into a brand new future. Others don’t even notice the ordeal and think that it is only a setback!
